Just before war began

These panels were created by transcribing and analysing the 1911 Census return, and the 1910-1915 Inland Revenue survey in the National Archives, which records details of every property. Using both records together allowed us to identify who lived where in the parish just before the war and analysis led to some fascinating insights into life at the time.
